After two and a half years I’ve faced the need to replace my home ‘lap-friend’. The old buddy Acer Travelmate on the basis of non-mobile Celeron and old video card IGP9100 generated too much noise and heat, and failed to run pretty simple games. Having spent couple weeks to read reviews and tests I decided on G P1-J657R.
Generally this LG model perfectly fits the ‘desktop replacement’ class as rather powerful multimedia notebook. However if taken to the office this product will definitely become an eye-catcher and evoke many positive emotions by its stylish look and expressiveness. And finally about the most thrilling issue – the price. This price for this laptop will make you happy considering the rich set of devices, latest dual-core CPU and dedicated video card. The lowest price I could find at the time of the purchase (early March) is …. Not to high for such a gadget.
